Choice Properties management reviews completed applications. Timing varies with the information and follow-up needed.

Move In
Sign your lease digitally and coordinate move-in details with your landlord. Welcome home.

What You'll Need

  • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Proof of income — pay stubs, offer letter, or bank statements
  • Employment information — employer name, contact, and duration
  • Rental history — previous addresses and landlord contact info
  • Two personal or professional references
  • Social Security Number (for credit/background check)

Application Fee

The application fee is $50 for each adult applicant or guarantor being screened. The form shows the total before submission; for example, two screened adults total $100. Adult occupants who are not applying or being screened are not charged. Fees are subject to applicable law; requirements vary by location. Nothing is charged when you submit your application.

After submission, Choice Properties management will contact you with the next steps for completing the fee. Review begins after required application steps are complete. The fee is non-refundable after payment except where required by applicable law or where management confirms an exception in writing.
